Once such an order is placed, the company's software informs restaurant and food court or cloud kitchen owners through notifications that a delivery opportunity is available and the software facilitates the delivery to the consumer. iEatery.com.bd is not a restaurant, delivery service or food preparation business.

4. For any purpose in violation of the laws of the country.
5. It is important to use or upload software or material that does not contain viruses, damaging components, malicious code or harmful components. This can help to impair or corrupt the Site’s data or damage or interfere with the operation of another Customer’s computer or mobile device.
6. In addition, it is inappropriate to post content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, slanderous, hateful, or embarrassing to any other person or entity as determined by iEatery in its sole discretion or pursuant to local laws.
7. It is strictly prohibited to engage in any activity or conduct which can be regarded as an offence under the Digital Security Act, 2018 and Information Technology and Communication Act 2006.
8. it is also prohibited to harvest or otherwise collect information about others without their consent. This includes, but is not limited to, collecting e-mail addresses. Offenders will be liable to prosecution and/or disciplinary action in accordance with the law.
9. Furthermore, any person who engages in harassing, threatening, stalking or abusing another person on the Platforms will also be liable to prosecution and/or disciplinary action in accordance with the law. Such behaviour is not tolerated on our Platforms and we will take all necessary measures to protect the safety and well-being of our users.
10. iEatery also prohibits users from engaging in other activities that restrict or impede other individuals from enjoying iEatery's websites. iEatery or any of its sellers, customers, suppliers, or stakeholders might be harmed as a result of this misconduct. iEatery prohibits individuals from encouraging others to participate in restricted activities or distributing propaganda against its platforms and sites. It is not permitted to annoy, worry, or inconvenience others for any reason other than what is intended by iEatery.

Any material that you do not own, or that is illegal, offensive (including but not limited to sexually explicit content and material that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, physical harm, deception, misleading, abusive, indecent, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, or menacing material), ethnically objectionable, disparaging, in breach of copyright, trademark, confidentiality, privacy, or other proprietary information or rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties, including money laundering and gambling, or harmful to minors in any manner, may not be sent, used, or reused. It may also impersonate someone else or threaten the unity, integrity, security, or sovereignty of Bangladesh or friendly relations with foreign states. 7. ৭. ডিজিটাল নিরাপত্তা আইন, 2018 এবং তথ্য প্রযুক্তি ও যোগাযোগ আইন 2006-এর অধীনে অপরাধ হিসাবে গণ্য করা যেতে পারে এমন কোনও কার্যকলাপ বা আচরণে জড়িত হওয়া কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।

10. ১০. iEatery ব্যবহারকারীদের অন্যান্য ক্রিয়াকলাপে জড়িত হতেও নিষেধ করে যা অন্যান্য ব্যক্তিদের iEatery-এর ওয়েবসাইটগুলি উপভোগ করতে বাধা দেয় বা বাধা দেয়। iEatery বা এর যেকোন বিক্রেতা, গ্রাহক, সরবরাহকারী বা স্টেকহোল্ডার এই অসদাচরণের ফলে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হতে পারে। iEatery ব্যক্তিদের অন্যদেরকে সীমাবদ্ধ ক্রিয়াকলাপে অংশগ্রহণ করতে বা এর প্ল্যাটফর্ম এবং সাইটের বিরুদ্ধে প্রোপাগান্ডা বিতরণ করতে উত্সাহিত করতে নিষেধ করে৷ iEatery এর উদ্দেশ্য ছাড়া অন্য কোনো কারণে অন্যদের বিরক্ত করা, উদ্বিগ্ন করা বা অসুবিধায় ফেলার অনুমতি নেই।
